Directions:  Take 2-3 drops under the tongue, and leave for 30 seconds before swallowing twice a day. Increase as required but do not exceed more than 1ml or a full dropper in 24 hours. Approx 3mg per drop. 

If you find the taste too strong, add up to half a dropper to a hot drink.

Rubbing a few drops on the temples at bedtime will improve your sleep too.
